Timings:
Registration, snacks and beverages: 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm
Performances by all age groups: 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm
Dinner: 8:30 pm onwards

Event Fees:
Kids under 5 years are Free
For Member & Student (Pay by eTransfer): 35.00 per person (Fees for any payment done after Nov 25, 2023 will be $ 45.00 per person)
For Non-Member (Pay by eTransfer):45.00 per person (Fees for any payment done after Nov 25, 2023 will be $ 55.00 per person)

If you are interested in performing at the Diwali celebration this year, please make sure your request fulfills the following requirements:

1. Each performance group should have a unique song. We will not allow a performance group to perform to a song that has already been confirmed by another group. Lastly, if your group decides to perform on a mixture song, ALL songs must be unique and cannot include a song chosen by another group.

2. All songs requests will be on a first come first serve basis and approved by an SLPS committee member.

3. When submitting your song selection, please make sure it is in a MP3 format.

You can submit your song selection with performance details (names and ages of all performers) to Dhiren Pansuriya (contact by phone: 416-774-8273 by email: dhirenpansuriya@hotmail.com) by 11:59 pm on November 20 2023. No late submissions will be accepted. If your song selection meets the above criteria, a SLPS committee member will contact you via phone call or email immediately to confirm that you will be performing.

Please contact one of our committee members to book your seat for this event or use Interact eTransfer online service from your financial institute. You can pay/transfer money to slpscanadafee@yahoo.ca. Once you have completed your eTransfer, please send your family member names and your eTransfer password to Dhiren Pansuriya at 416-774-8273.

Furthermore, if you have family or friends who are willing to join SLPS, please forward their contact information to one of the SLPS committee members or send their details at slps.canada1@gmail.com as we would love to get in contact with them.
